I listen to a lot of music and often I am intrigued by the lyrics. Every once in awhile a song hits you by surprise. Don’t worry, I am not sharing a song that deals with my childhood or preaches to you to give up driving your car – this is The Slow Bleed after all. No, I heard this song this morning at the gym. The lyrics struck me as a good description of large populaces view how life is (or should be). Sad, but true.

Fine, I suppose this is where you look for some witty insights to my mind. A "bio" of sorts. Here is the deal... I ride motorcycles, smoke cigars, golf, kayak, fly, race my car through the mountains, write (a lot), and travel extensively. I am almost old enough not to care what other people think about me...almost. ~Godfadr
Interesting lyrics. Kind of funny that it was being played at the gym, considering the lines,
“Now I’m not a saint but I’m not a sinner
Now everything’s cool as long as I’m getting thinner”
Seriously though, I wish music like this could really get through to people who listen.
