I've tried to find it since, but it apparently fell into a 'black hole.' Also, there's the old joke about how Washington does a transfusion. You know, it transfers blood from the right arm to the left and looses half the blood on the way over. And then there's the frog in the pan of water that's slowly heated to boiling.
