I would really only be in trouble if they made McDonald's McRib month. Guilty pleasure #231. Yea, I know, fake rib meat molded into a fake rib looking patty.

mmmmmmmmm still good though!

Surgeon General's Warning: This Hamburger may cause obesity, cancer from preservatives, warm sense of satisfied tummy, burn from heat if served fresh, serious desire for large fries and a soft drink, loss of $1 from pocket, as well as a severe need to return to drive thru because it wasn't big enough to satisfy appetite.

Millie,

I love a good hot dog. I do not want a label on it listing the myirad of nasty ingredients. I only want to grill and enjoy. Same goes for McDonalds.

Do you buy a car and then complain because it doesn't have the number of cup holders you had hoped for. You as the consumer are responsible for learning what you are purchasing before you transfer funds.

Seriously, are McDonalds burgers now being compared with cigarettes? Maybe a surgeon's general warning is the answer.

I'm pretty sure you can find out the composition of a McDonald's hamburger. Golden State Foods is their power broker who procures all the supplies for them. But personally I don't think it's a whole lot different than asking Big Tobacco what's in their cigarettes (clearly labeled)...you know what the results can be, so you make the decision and accept the consequences.

Hey, I like hamburgers and I think McDonalds is responsible for what they put IN the burgers. They should tell us. Maybe we wouldn't buy them.
