CNN to Open Theme Park?

Ok, maybe it is a bit early but I have the feeling the next step in CNN’s growth will be a theme park. Why a theme park? Well, that is about a far away from covering any real news possible. My case in point…

In the last week CNN has been covering, and strongly promoting, some pretty “hot” stories.  [Read more...]

Dating Secrets from the Movies

Valentines Day is this Saturday. Fortunately for me, my wife is not big on “manufactured” holidays. This means I don’t really get her anything. Seriously. I know she would rather have me do something nice on another day then one that has been forced on men sometime ago when the greeting card company needed a few bucks.

Frankly, it is a good thing she wants me to skip it. I realized most of what I learned about dating (or women for that matter) came from movies. [Read more...]

Check out the video of Congressman Paul Kanjorski. If you want, skip to the 2:12 mark into the video for a interesting look into the situation. Follow this link…

Gay Divorce Good for the Economy

Same-sex marriage stepped into the light again this week as Julie and Hillary Goodridge filed for divorce. Julie and Hillary became the face of the debate to legalize same-sex marriage. They were among seven gay couples that filed a lawsuit in Massachusetts (then becoming the first state to legalize same-sex marriage). Last week they filed for divorce in Suffolk Probate and Family court.

It occurred to me they are now doing their best to stimulate (pardon the pun) the economy and maybe we should rethink same-sex marriage. [Read more...]

Advertise a (Super) Affair?!

The Superbowl has seen it all; close calls, last minute wins, and wardrobe malfunctions. You would think at this point nothing could shock us. Well, I was wrong.

People in parts of Texas were treated to an advertisement that promoted cheating on your spouse. [Read more...]
